Quantity Surveyor??? This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an award winning Main Contractor. This Contractor operates within the London and surrounding Home Counties with an annual turnover exceeding £100 million. They are backed by a national contractor and their aim is to substantially increase both turnover and profit over the next few years. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be required to work on refurbishment, conversions, extensions, fit-outs, and new build Education projects within the Essex region. Key responsibilities will include the production of competitive bids

and contractor's proposals, maximising profit and minimising risk, review and negotiations of client's contract conditions and procurement placement, account management of the Sub-Contractors, financial reporting and forecasting within the company policies and the management of the tender process and as such experience working on complex projects with a proven track record of projects undertaken within the aviation sectors, a degree or equivalent will be required.
