Our client is a £3 billion property and construction group based in the Dubai, UAE. They have over 8000 employees and are present in 20 countries. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, this senior, highly prestigious role will be based in Dubai.

Role
This outstanding opportunity will carry complete responsibility for 4 internal back office business units. These being, Customer Services CRM, Mortgages, Collections and Contracts. Each of these business units has a Vice President who will report directly to you both functionally and operationally. These departments have over 350 employees in total. Integral to the companies continued growth and position as market leader these departments represent the back office administrative spine of the business. Responsible for borrowing and collecting huge sums of money, negotiating, drafting and managing contracts as well as servicing large, prestigious customers.

Your role as Senior Vice President will be responsible for all operations within these departments; you will act as the link between the executive board and management providing excellent stakeholder management as well as operational management to your team of Vice Presidents. You will strategically devise and (through effective delegation) implement and maintain operational excellence within the departments.
 

Requirements
To be considered you will have experience of managing a large scale back office opperation in a multinational business. You will have both financail(morgages) and legal (contracts) experience as well as a proven track record managing multifunctional teams.
Academically, you will be of the highest calibre. Ideally qualified in finance and law.
 

Our client are offering a industry beating salary of £200,000+ per annum tax free. This is equivalent to earning circa £370,000 p/a in the UK before tax.
