Dubai based Bank seeks an ITIL Qualified Service Desk Manager to be responsible for their large 8000+ Desktop Community. You will have two desktop team leaders reporting directly to you who cover 5 main offices and up to 50 smaller regional offices with approximately 40 staff. You will be educated to Degree level and have experience managing large budgets gained within a corporate environment and ITIL process focused with a passion for providing a quality driven support team. You will have excellent communication skills and gravitas to make and implement changes and lead by example. You will have a technical background, having played
the role of a desktop support analyst and working their career through to service desk manager level. This is an excellent role for the right career minded individual.
