Our client is looking to appoint an Engineering Manager to lead and develop the engineering function on site. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for delivering strategies that will deliver world class standards of performance and quality and create a culture of continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have held a senior engineering position previously within a manufacturing environment. Whilst experience of a fast paced manufacturing environment would be beneficial, more important is a demonstrable track record of delivering improvement and change within an engineering team. The right individual will be able to demonstrate an ability to get the best out of people and equipment, a drive for results, strong leadership skills and a passion for engineering excellence.
