Sourcing Manager - HR/Recruitment c£50,000 + benefits London

As a purchasing professional with an in depth understanding of strategic sourcing and supplier management, you will be responsible for devising, developing and implementing tailored procurement strategies and procedures and providing senior level guidance. Responsibilities will include: -Developing effective relationships with key stakeholders -Ensuring implementation of effective key supplier management practices in conjunction with business partners -Preparing business cases for major contacts and ensuring sign-off in accordance with internal processes. The successful candidate will have previous strategic sourcing experience ideally within the HR Category particularly Recruitment. Proven experience working on Global/Regional projects, change programs and Master Vendor Agreements.
