Our client is a successful retailer with core products in fashion. Continued growth drives the need to appoint an experienced Supply Chain Director and as we are working exclusively with our client this position is not advertised elsewhere.

The focus of this role is to bring cutting edge fashion to a commercial environment, whilst utilising your extensive knowledge and experience to improve critical paths. You will manage the total supply chain and work closely with other departments to deliver the business strategy.

With extensive experience of Retail, grounded in fashion, your key strengths will lie in Product Development, Overseas Sourcing, Buying, Merchandising, Range Building, Negotiation, Supply Base and Strategic Partnerships, Critical Path Management. E-Commerce, Marketing, Brand and Own Label, Design.

You are commercially astute and strategically minded, with the ability to demonstrate inspirational leadership and a strong team ethic. You have proven your ability to develop and optimise individual and team performance, by effectively communicating business plans and nurturing a dynamic culture in order to be at the forefront of fashion.

As always, the customer is key and it is essential to have real affinity with the target market.
