My client, a global Hardware and software vendor, is looking for a highly experienced Technical Architect to join a team managing high priority growth accounts in the UK. With an expert understanding of IBM System Z / Z/OS hardware and software and knowledge of ISV solutions available on System Z, you will be able to evangelise the System Z offering at a corporate level and Architect solutions with the aim of expanding the usage of System Z products within these high priority accounts. With high level consultative skills you will be able to position the Architectural and business value of the system Z offering and differentiate it against other distributed platforms. With a strong background in Mainframe technologies and a deep understanding of primary business applications you will be recognised by the client as the foremost expert in matching System Z solutions with business requirements. With the skills in financial analysis and the capacity to quantify competitive advantage you will be influencial in the clients decision making process.
