Our Client is a major Facilities Management service provider with a large portfolio of prestigious contracts all over the UK. They are internationally known, with a brand that ranges across a variety of Blue-chip organisations and industry sectors.

Due to expansion our client urgently seeks a Technical Services manager to oversee all aspects of the technical service delivery. You will be responsible for managing a large technical team and ensuring that they have the required tools and equipment to carry out their work. Other responsibilities include providing technical support to the client as well as coordinating reactive first line support.

The ideal candidate will have a track record in delivering hard services to Large Blue-chip Organisations, a demonstrable track record in contract management of outsourced services and will possess a qualification in an electrical or mechanical discipline.

This role will suit individuals with client facing experience who have managed regional portfolios of commercial property with full PandL responsibility.
