Telco Enterprise Sales Representative Russia

Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with Network Operators (Fixed and Mobile), banks, insurance companies, utilities etc in Russia and CIS
Lead the selling process and drive the various stages of the overall selling cycle, including planning, ordering, payment, delivery, and customer support , with support from telco overlay sales
Manage potential opportunities and achieving sales closures, involving other groups as required, meeting defined targets.
Work with and develop existing contacts.
Build own list of potential clients, prospects and referrals from historic contacts.
To identify and maintain relationships with senior decision makers and influencers.
To identify business opportunities through understanding customer requirements and their buying criteria, and identifying the appropriate service solution.
To work with other functional groups within the company and introduce appropriate experts to sales prospects.
To participate in the creation and documentation of account plans, ensuring that each account is developed to its full potential.
To provide relevant reports, forecasts and management information as needed
To use customer contact management tools and update as defined.
To become and remain familiar with the company’s products and services.
Monitor and analyze competition, and develop and implement competitive responses
Qualifications:
7+ years of proven sales achievement including major account management in Telecoms and other related sectors in the Region
Educated to at least first degree level
Knowledge of the Russian/CIS telecom market and landscapes are mandatory, with demonstrable knowledge of Mobile industry, trends, directions and pain points including Carriers, OEMs and Content Providers
Proven exceptional customer management and handling skills required
Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with various groups, customers and partners is a MUST
Russian speaker, with good English
Marketing experience and knowledge is a plus
Outstanding organization and follow-up are required
Excellent verbal and written, interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong work ethic, and positive, pro-active attitude and work style is a must
Ability to multi-task and prioritize, as well as time management skills, in order to handle busy work and travel schedule, are required
In-depth understanding of Enhanced Services Platforms and Proposition for ARPU improvement to Telco’s
Knowledge of Self Care solutions and channels would be a distinct advantage.
It is expected any Candidate would have existing demonstrable relationships with Tier 1 Operators in these countries
Proven Record of closing High Value Software and Professional services Sales based on Business Cases is expected.
