My client currently requires a Sales Manager to provide services solutions to mobile operators within Nigeria and West Africa. This role is closely involved in engaging Telecoms operators during the bid process and building on existing Telecoms Services contracts. The ideal candidate background is from a vendor or consultancy rather than a wholesale or operator sales background. The ideal candidate will have MINIMUM five years Telecoms experience of the Nigerian and West African market with a particular focus on services and MUST have experience of selling services to West African Telecoms operators. Liaison with regional
and international accounts teams is a vital part of this role especially during the tendering process, those with experience of the particular intricacies of the Nigerian tendering process within the Telecoms sector will be of particular interest. Project management and control of both financials and resource allocation will be additional elements required in the ideal candidate.
