These are senior heavyweight positions that require the gravitas to engage at board level coupled with the vision and credibility to manage risk, quality and test within major change programmes.

A deep understanding of process improvement is critical as is a passion for testing. You will be responsible for defining test strategy and developing the test and quality frameworks which will support the programme development lifecycle. Comfortable advising CIOs and key stakeholders within major Banking and Insurance companies, you will describe yourself as a Test Director having developed a career and reputation within either practice or industry.
