Our client, an NHS Acute Trust based on the South Coast seeks to recruit an experienced Theatres manager with a strong working knowledge and proven track record in delivering on 18 week targets. The successful candidate will also be required to have excellent operational and performance management skills and the ability to engage with clinical staff.
Main Responsibilities:

• Providing management of the theatre team leading clinical care within the department, taking responsibility for standards of care and effective use of financial and other resources.

• Identify workforce requirements to meet the team and Divisional objectives, ensuring the recruitment, deployment and management of people is in line with Trust processes and systems.

• Work in partnership with others, in particular the Head of Professions and the Divisional Director, to develop, implement and evaluate direction, policies and strategies.
