One of the leading bar groups in the UK is looking for an individual to provide front of house and back of house sales training to their c.40 strong outlets. Working directly for the HR Director, this is a role with real influence, working on strategic initiatives as well as ensuring the service delivery is as good as it can be.
Must haves:
Hands on experience of quality bar environments to have credibility with the GM team.
Be a proven trainer and be able to train the trainers.
Project management skills to plan and direct projects of considerable complexity.
Influencing skills to ensure buy in at all levels.
London based with UK travel. An international background an advantage.
