Cavendish Maine Executive is currently recruiting Learning & Development / Training Specialists on behalf of a leading defence/aerospace organisation, based in the South West.
The organisation has recently secured a significant new contract and is consequently expanding the team, offering attractive opportunities for Training Managers to join during an exciting period of growth.
Opportunities may be considered on short-term/contract basis or as permanent positions.
Key requirements of the roles will be to support the instructional analysis, design and development of training material. Core responsibilities will be to lead a group of subject matter experts (SMEs) in the conduct of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), leading the production of SCORM courseware and provide instructional design support.
Suitable candidates will have a degree or professional qualification, knowledge and use of DSAT analysis and design techniques and ideally a military/MOD design background. As the team grows however, applicants from a variety of related/associated backgrounds to the above are welcome to explore their potential suitability to join this project.
