I am currently looking for a Training Manager for the Sales function for a client of ours who is a Telecommunications Operator in the Gulf region. The Training Manager will act as the single point of contact for sales training across the business. Responsible for sales roll out across the company. Manage the training life cycle including design, development, delivery and evaluation of functional and skills training across the business. Plan and monitor training requirements for business for sales work stream, ensuring requirements are in line with corporate and departmental targets.
The successful candidate should have a university degree with minimum 5 years experience in a HR training, of which minimum 3 years experience in designing, developing, delivering and managing training plans focused on sales function. Fluency in English is a must and fluency in Arabic would be a distinctive advantage.
