Process and Change Management Function
Reporting to Group IT Director
General responsibilities
Facilitating creation and communication of business processes within and across business functions
Supporting business functions by analysing and modelling procedures and best practice
Providing ongoing programmes and projects with change and process management expertise
Specific responsibilities (Current)
Improvement of stock availability through;
Analysing movement of stock across the business and suggesting processes to maximise stock accuracy and accountability
Communicating and rolling out new and existing processes in this regard
Managing ongoing cross functional central stock processes
Supporting audit function in assessing requirements, timings and processes for stock audits
Supporting supply chain change programme by driving business process remodelling piece
Additional responsibilities (current and future)
Supporting non stock related cross functional business processes, for example;
Processes that cover operation/central overlap such as time and attendance, cash draw, discounts and gift cards.
