The Telecommunications Consultant / RAN Manager / Senior Network Planning and Performance Consultant (RF Engineering, RAN) will provide expert level advice, mentoring, guidance and support to customers or partners during product implementations to optimise the configuration and customer value; work with customers in business operational roles to provide expert level domain expertise in RF planning and optimization projects; take leadership roles in capturing detailed requirements and mapping them to the application functionality; perform RF engineering tasks (eg Automatic Network Optimization); document and map customers business requirements to the applications and provide expert knowledge on best practice deployment in business scenarios; ensure customer business processes are optimized to industry best practice; ensure the best usage is made from the products in customer projects, thereby growing the potential for further services work; help customers or partners roll-out the solution effectively by planning and delivering roll-out programs and other team tasks such as researching topics, writing and presenting white papers, helping to develop methodologies and standards, preparing to support new versions/releases of products by reviewing and translating new materials.
