Facilitating creation and communication of business processes within and across business functions
Supporting business functions by analysing and modelling procedures and best practice
Providing ongoing programmes and projects with change and process management expertise
Specific responsibilities (Current)
Improvement of stock availability through;
Analysing movement of stock across the business and suggesting processes to maximise stock accuracy and accountability
Communicating and rolling out new and existing processes in this regard
