Key Accountabilities:
Document and streamline current sales management and credit control procedures into a quality management system devising toolbox talks to ensure system compliance
Responsible for the development of a more effective commercial waste management ICT system driving out the opportunity for administrative error and ensuring the automatic generation of accurate standard management reports
The recruitment, training and development of sales executives and administrative staff

Major Activities:
Overview and advice on competitive pricing for new and existing business
Develop and maintain sector knowledge including keeping abreast of and reporting on legislative change and industry developments so as to contribute to the business development of the Region
Develop a wide network of contacts within the sector including suppliers, competitors and consultants building effective and open relationships with influencers and decision makers in each case
