SUMMARY OF PRIMARY DUTIES
Develop, lead and implement an integrated Marketing Strategy for the main product lines
Develop the Annual Revenue plan, Marketing Operating Plan, including Market Analysis, development of the Revenue Model and Key Operating Costs
Directly lead, manage and coach the specialist product/service teams and the specialist resources in the businesses to ensure key performance targets are met
Own and drive customer insights and expectations, market research/competitive analysis (brand, product & service development, supplier, partner and competitor activity)
Develop a market segment model to align customer propositions and the customer experience accordingly
Develop segment reporting and refine customer requirements based on segment strategy
Develop the roadmap for products, pricing, propositions and value packages (including new products and propositions especially new bundles and converged offerings)
Develop and implement special marketing campaigns pertinent to specific product lines, managed accounts or unique marketing situations
Oversee and ensure effective and engaging marketing communications including external PR as well as relationships with external agencies
Own and manage the Companys brand.
