I am currently searching for an experienced Mobile Networks VAS Project Manager to be based in Riyadh on behalf of my client, a major multinational in the region. This role requires a qualified PM (Prince 2, PMP or PROPS C etc) who has a minimum of six years experience working on mobile networks and who is familiar with such elements as multiple platforms, OSS, IPTV, IVR, VMS, provisioning, mediation and third party products. This role is a key position and will work closely with both account teams and delivery based colleagues both in Saudi and across the region. Candidates with experience of working with operators, vendors and consultancies are of particular interest. Please note, mobile network experience of a MINIMUM of six years and PM qualifications are VITAL. Experience of

different markets and cultures is of particular interest but experience of the Middle Eastern market is not compulsory. This is a role suited either to a family or a single man as a full expatriate package incorporating comfortable housing, private school fees (western curriculum schools are present in Saudi) flights, tax free salary and full medical and insurance provision are available. This is also a long term commitment, NOT short term contracting as the role is both important on a regional and strategic level for my client.
