Title: Vice President, Asia Pacific

Location: Shanghai, PRC

Business Description: Our client manufactures, imports and purchases chemical additives which it markets primarily to the coatings industry

Reports to: President, who is based in USA

Remit: Increase the net present value of company by delivering annual and long term financial and strategic goals

Dimensions: > 100 million USD Sales Revenue, 4 manufacturing sites, ~500 employees

Metrics: Profit, capital employed, working capital, capital and acquisition project financial performance

Strategic Goals:

• Ensure the safe, compliant and responsible operation of the business
• Develop a self sustaining, performance driven organization
• Complete the integration of recent acquisitions in China and Taiwan
