My client a local authority based in South east is looking for Waste Strategy Programme Manager to develop, lead and manage the delivery of the Council's Waste Strategy Programme. Main duties include: - successful programme management and delivery through the application of professional technical, change and project management - stakeholder management including being ?trusted? advisor to business owner and political sponsor, -ensuring the development and delivery of the technical infrastructure and business processes required to deliver the programme, project or assignment. The role holder

will need to have a demonstrable experience and proven track record of delivering complex programmes and this will need to be applied in a complex environment working closely with multiple stakeholders, elected Members, Partners, Commercial Third Parties and Regulators. The role will often be in the political spotlight so strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills are important, as is the need to manage complex communication.
