Working for a global entertainment / music services organisation, the Web Designer/ Digital Designer - XHTML, CSS, Photoshop, Flash will be part of the International Digital Team, working in a busy, creative team of designers and front-end engineers responsible for all elements of digital design. The Web Designer / Digital Designer - XHTML, CSS, Photoshop, Flash will focus on designing websites for the festival and event business creating a compelling online experience.

The Web Designer / Digital Designer - XHTML, CSS, Photoshop, Flash will create unique festival sites, viral marketing sites, banner ads, rich internet applications, content management systems and product configuration systems. Responsible for designing prototype and user interfaces for websites and applications; creating static and animated banner ads to promote the website and developing functional landing pages and working closely with front end developers to optimize user experience.

The Web Designer / Digital Designer XHTML, CSS, Photoshop, Flash must have strong professional experience in interactive/web design with knowledge of browser compatibility issues, W3C standards, optimisation techniques and have good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash). Experience of hand-coding XHTML would be advantageous, as would CSS, AJAX, Javascript development.
