Our client is a privately owned Sierra Leone mining company that owns gold and diamond mining rights in various areas of Sierra Leone which, according to initial geological surveys, are likely to contain substantial deposits of diamonds.

They are soon to float on the AIM market in London .

Consequently they are looking for a CFO.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas :

Taking a company to the AIM market

Mining experience an advantage but not necessary

Investor relations

M&A experience an advantage but not necessary
