The Client Consultant is responsible for supporting clients within a territory based on client type and region. Consultants work closely with Research, Product Development and Client Service to identify solutions for clients and to assist them in their investment process. Consultants identify opportunities for additional revenue generation and work with Account Management to close the sale.
Primary responsibilities of the role include educating and training clients and broadening product usage within a given organization. Consultants also identify clients at risk of cancelling services and then find solutions to turn them around. Consultants play a crucial role in integrating products into client organizations and ensuring that clients realise the maximum value from their subscription.
Additional responsibilities include hosting workshops and seminars on fixed income and equity risk and performance analytics. Consultants deliver presentations on quantitative investment topics to large client audiences and at industry events.
This role requires 50-60% travel.

MBA, Masters Degree and/or CFA charter holder preferred
