My client, based in London is looking for an Interim Contract Manager to ensure that the sponsors and providers meet the targeted patient performance and national waiting time targets.
You will be required to ensure that key internal and external stakeholders are proactively informed of progress of the project and that key information is available for local sponsors and communications teams to develop effective strategies.
Role:
To develop and implement effective commercial and financial controls. Ensure effective risk management processes are agreed with sponsors and providers. Identify and facilitate effective operational systems with sponsors where they have key responsibility. Ensure that there are effective project/contact governance arrangements in place and that they are followed.
You:
* Contract management experience in a PCT.
* Partnership working at strategic and operational levels within the NHS.
* Project and change management experience.
* Knowledge and experience of commissioning services within the NHS.
* Graduate/equivalent or evidence of CPD
