Commercial Contract Manager - Telecommunications - up to £65K + benefits + bonus etc Hampshire

The role of Commercial Contract Manager is one of the keys to the success of my clients relationship with their major account. The Commercial Contract Manager is responsible for maintaining the commercial / contractual relationship with a major Telco vendor for existing projects and for the commercial response to all new business opportunities. The successful candidate will have excellent standing in the industry, demonstrate both contract management and negotiation skills, be proactive in nature, and have sound relationship development skills.

Requirements: *Bachelor or higher degree in commerce, trade or law; *Excellent negotiating skills, and experience for major contracts in excess of £100M *Demonstrable experience of multiple commercial contract activities in infrastructure projects. Good mastery of business law especially contract law; fine understanding and drafting skill of contract conditions *Working experience in telecom industry is an advantage *Working experience with world leading telecom manufacturer is an advantage *Financial/economic analysis experience and skill is an advantage.
