Our client is a $multi-billion global organisation designing and manufacturing complex heavy engineered machined products used by the world’s leading oil and gas companies.

They are currently looking to recruit a Commercial Contract Manager to join their project management team and head up the overall contract management and commercial aspects of current and future $multimillion contracts, including bid preparation, contract terms and conditions, teaming agreements, subcontracts and the management of commercial risk.

You will prepare, review and negotiate complex, international customer contracts including occasional outsourcing contracts and related procurement / third party vendor contracts. Your influence and impact at both pre and post contractual stages is crucial.

Thanks to your strong track record in commercial and contractual management, you will excel in providing wide commercial leadership and support. You must possess excellent influencing and communication skills as well as the ability to promptly gain credibility with internal and external clients.

Ideally you will have a solid background in a project-driven, high value manufacturing or engineering environment (civil engineering, aerospace, nuclear, construction etc…). A legal background represents a distinctive advantage but is not a prerequisite.
