Commercial Director Salary: c£90k, Car, Bonus and benefits Location: London/South East

Our client is a leading Facilities Management organisation. They provide tailored facilities services to some of the UK`s most important businesses which enable their clients' operations to run more effectively. Due to growth they now have an outstanding opportunity for a high profile Commercial Director.

This role will lead and manage the commercial strategies, activities, contracts, systems and processes across all UK sites. As member of the management board of a Business Unit of £200m, reporting to the managing director you will have responsibility and accountability for the performance of the business. Key areas of responsibility will be to ensure all risks, liabilities and commitments of contractual agreements by the business are identified and mitigated and that all contracts are commercial and profitable.

We`re looking for someone with considerable experience in a services business where levels of service excellence have been predominant. You must have experience of dealing with senior management and ideally within a matrix structure where there are several stakeholders. Strong communication and analytical skills are required to be successful in this position coupled with the gravitas and innovative leadership qualities that match the excellent service delivery expected by our client.
