Our client is one of Europe’s leading media publishers with a number of classified titles accessible both online and in conventional print media. They are currently hiring for an experienced Interim Manager to work alongside their Head of Compensation and Benefits in developing and delivering new and innovative reward solutions to their sales force.
With previous experience of working in a specialist reward function, you will be responsible for designing (from scratch) a new grading structure across the
sales function, incentivising the sales teams to develop revenue across all media. You will ideally have worked before in a field sales environment with an analytical approach to developing business solutions. You will have a natural ability to influence and be used to challenging “conventional systems and processes”.
The interim role is for a minimum of 6 months and will require someone used to working in a fast changing environment with the ability to adapt to a challenging work environment.
