With projects about to commence with Mechanical and Electrical values up to £6m, you must have experience of working on new build electrical installations of a similar scale. A background working in the Healthcare and Education sectors is preferable. What is essential is the desire to grow an organisation through effective contracts management, and to develop personally through this. Reporting directly to the Electrical Director, you will still have the autonomy to run your projects as you see fit.

The package is intended to attract and retain a high quality individual. Basic salary up to £55k, vehicle, 25 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays, BUPA healthcare and company contributions to a pension.
