My client, a successful and well established design and build interiors contractor offers a total solution across both CAT A and CAT B fit out. They are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager from the North West of England. 

As Contracts Manager you will be required to provide leadership and direction to the specific project at hand. This is a senior position where you will provide fit out and refurbishment services to an enviable list of commercial customers, directly to the end user through out the UK.

The successful candidate will be experienced in working on projects with a value between £20k – £1m. Experience within commercial fit out is essential with ideally fast track roll out and Design and Build familiarity. You will be accustomed to managing multiple projects and have a strong work ethic.

They primarily act as the main contractor and require a rounded individual to interface directly with the client. You will therefore be well presented and be confident liaising with contractors. You will understand drawings and programmes and may get involved in the finances of a project, as and when required.
