You will undertake a wide range of commercial drafting (joint ventures, supply and concession agreements) and corporate transactional and advisory work, including advising on corporate governance and local corporate laws. The candidate might ideally have spoken and written Arabic skills but this is not essential. This is an especially busy team which has enjoyed a significant increase in its workload over the last year.
