The Group has a need to recruit a Corporate Services Director. Reporting into the Executive Board the role will take responsibility for the direction, leadership and budgetary control of the ‘Legal & Compliance’, ‘Audit & Risk’ and ‘Group Contracts Management’ divisions enabling the business to operate effectively and meet legal, regulatory and best practice expectations.

With a background in financial services you will ideally have a legal qualification or have experience working in a regulatory or compliance environment. You must demonstrate the ability to support the effective delivery of a corporate strategy within a complex organisation with multiple stakeholders.

Leading a multi-disciplinary team, you will exhibit excellent leadership skills as well as being an outstanding communicator and influencer. From a strong operational background your abilty to drive change and improve business performance combined with an attention to detail will be second to none.
