We are looking for a Blue Sky thinker, with an MBA from a reputable school, to work amongst senior/Board level in a major financial service corporate. The client has an established presence in the UK and across Europe, from the Channel to Moscow, providing an extensive range of investment and personal finance products and services. They have grown both by acquisition and organically and there is a need to ensure that this successful and growing organisation manages and controls the expansion and development of product, through strong and respected strategic thought leadership.

Based in a high profile and highly regarded consultancy styled team the role will involve:

• Providing strategic consultancy, advice and expertise within the organisation
• Generating insight about the future and its implications for the Business
• Working with senior management on a project basis.

Ideally you will have strategic experience gained within a corporate environment or a management consultancy within the financial services sector. The position is highly visible and offers the opportunity to be influential in guiding the future of this corporate. You will be able to present and influence effectively at a senior management level throughout Europe, and as such will possess very strong communication skills. Excellent academics are pre-requisite.
