A Credit Control and Collections professional with sound system skills is required by my client, a leading 3G Mobile Telecoms Operator to manage Business Customers and the relevant collections processes.
You will complete allocated call lists on a daily basis (updating all systems to reflect customer interactions and attempted contacts), feedback any improvements which could be made, highlight issues with the collections processes, and also identify possible fraudulent accounts. You will also attend review meetings to discuss successes and issues.
Candidates must show a background in Collections in a business environment, possess strong communication skills and the ability to influence non-financial managers, good systems skills in Access, Excel, Word and Powerpoint, and ideally an exposure to Telecoms or similar high volume billing environment.
