A dynamic, fast growing start up organisation are searching for a motivated and professional Customer Relationship Manager to work in Edinburgh selling end to end document management solution services into the financial, utility and telecoms industries. The company is a subsidiary of one of the most established household brands in the UK, specialising in providing outsourcing solutions, helping clients to streamline workflow and improve bottom line.
The role of Customer Relationship Manager is to direct the account management team ensuring that budgets are set and met. You will be responsible for account profitability and growth through senior level relationship networking, world class service delivery, devising and working to service level agreements. Saving delivery, risk management, recruitment and relationship building with stakeholders are also core accountabilities of the role. Through strategic and compliance management of accounts you will achieve optimal return on the existing relationships.
For this position we need you to have a background preferably within the document management solutions industry with experience of managing a team, identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. In relation to account management you will responsible for an account worth over £100M, and you will need to have had experience of managing this previously. The company is looking for someone who has the ability to drive innovation and be a motivational leader, who understands the business process of service delivery, is highly credible with commercial tenacity.
