Our client is a global consulting giant, with an expanding CRM practice that focuses on the Insurance Market. At present, they are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager that will be responsible for the delivery of CRM solutions to the Insurance Industry. 

The role requires significant project management experience working with one or more of the leading CRM vendors (Siebel, Chordiant, SAP, Oracle) or working on CRM bespoke developments. In addition, the role requires significant insurance industry experience across either General Insurance or Life & Pensions.

You will be reporting directly into the Partner of the practice, and be the lead delivery manager within the team, responsible for all project deliverables that are sold. There is a clear career track to Partner within the company, which realistically can be achieved within 3-5 years.

On a day to day basis you will initially have overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables for projects, and you will be responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the customer.
