CUSTOMER ANALYST required to work for a large telecommunications company based in Berkshire.

Provide inbound marketing campaign and offer performance reports and insight Create and/or modify inbound marketing campaigns Deliver timely, insightful analysis covering areas such as customer profiling, performance reporting, customer development, inbound and outbound campaign performance Support the inbound marketing manager with day-to-day inbound marketing operations Support the campaign team in providing timely counts and management information as required.

The successful applicant must: Previously worked in an analytical capacity within a fast paced data driven customer management environment Produced insight from customer acquisition, campaign response and/or customer interaction data Successful identification and presentation of credible insights to the business in non-technical terms OLAP/business intelligence and campaign management skills, preferably Epiphany; others considered Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel and Pivot Tables, OLAP, proficient use of SQL, knowledge of SAS Working knowledge of marketing databases, data manipulation and practical database marketing techniques
