My client, a well know telco operator, is looking to recruit a CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE DIRECTOR to work full time in Nigeria. This role will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. The suitable candidate will provide oversight over all customer experience functions. To develop strategies and policies for the management of the customer experience. Suitable candidates will require a first degree in a social science field or a
numerate discipline. An MBA or other post graduate degrees will be an added advantage. 15+ years with University Degree; 11 years with advanced degree, at least 6+ years leadership experience. Professional Membership of Customer Think, GCCRM, CRMA, ICMI, CCA, ICS, or any other world recognized customer service body.
