An outstanding Commercial Manager is required to join this superb business, highly regarded for the provision of strategic and technical consulting services to major change and procurement programmes across public and private sectors.
The Commercial Manager will undertake a host of critical duties to include:
- Preparation, negotiation, agreement, signature and control of non disclosure agreements
- Preparation, negotiation, agreement and control of memoranda of understanding
- Negotiation, agreement, management and signature of technical assistance agreements
- Providing consultancy and expertise to external customers as required
- Define, publish and maintain commercial policies, procedures, processes and forms
- Provision of commercial support
- Preparing and negotiating Project Sub-contracts
- Management of purchase orders
- Monthly reporting
The Commercial Manager will need to have proven experience in a commercial management position and familiarity of working in a consultancy environment. The ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels will be critical whilst and previous supply chain management experience would be a distinct advantage.
