Deputy Principal - Business Development - Stratford-upon-Avon College
£70,000 + £10,000 prp

That means identifying, acquiring and capitalising on external business opportunities that will drive us forward. If you have an eye for such opportunities, we want you on our team.

As Deputy Principal - Business Development, you'll be a member of the small Strategic Management Team driving the college. You'll take responsibility for the effective promotion and delivery of the college's work with individuals and businesses alike. This will include forming partnerships that help us to seize opportunities, increase and diversify our income sources and develop relationships for the benefit of the college. Additionally, you'll lead the professional promotion and delivery of college enterprise, innovation and business solutions across the board.

To do this you'll have natural interpersonal and management skills finely tuned in a similar management role, excellent negotiation and strategic abilities, and valuable knowledge of developing sustainable new business.
