Senior DB Developer / Team Leader – E-Commerce Solutions – Surrey
£40k to £50k plus Benefits

Reporting to Software Development Manager, you will provide support and maintenance for existing products and assist with new database design. You will be part of a 14 strong team and will carry out Project Support, Product implementation / configuration and Unit Testing. As Team Leader you will lead 2-4 Developers and your responsibilities will include project technical success, mentoring and training, performance management, project schedules, coding-design, review, documentation. You need to cope well with pressure in a high profile, challenging e-commerce related business. You will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be a strong team player.

To be selected for interview you MUST have good commercial experience of SQL Server development in addition to your IT degree. You must have good experience of Solid SQL Server 2000 (preferably also 2005), design of databases, views, stored procedures, triggers and functions.

Our client will NOT consider anyone who has to relocate, so you must already be living and working in the Basingstoke, Farnham, Woking, Crawley areas. Ref: 1804
