£75k – £85k Base plus Quarterly & Annual Bonuses to £115k plus Car Allowance + Private Medical Cover & Contributory Pension Scheme

Director of Professional Services position created for a London based software and Consultancy Company. This person will oversee client-facing professional services activities for my client; including project management, strategic and technical consulting, education services & partner certification.

Responsibilities extend to all geographies, exclusive of North America & travel will be required. Applicants should possess an entrepreneurial attitude, a desire to work in a collaborative team setting, substantial management experience in a consulting firm or software company, coupled with an extensive personal track record of professional services delivery experience in an environment where multiple, simultaneous projects were conducted for multiple clients.

No other CRM company comes close to my client’s vertical market focus & total client experience. Their software is designed specifically for use within relationship-based professional services sectors. The Director of Professional Services (DPS) has management responsibility over all client facing professional services activities including project management, strategic and technical consulting, and education services.

The DPS will have primary responsibility for the execution and completion of implementations of business solutions for new and existing clients using Professional Services (PS) team resources, though joint ventures with other business units, or working with certified business partners. They will manage customer relationships during the implementation period, and will be responsible for driving a high level of customer satisfaction.

In addition, this person will be primarily responsible for managing PS team profitability, expenses, monthly forecasts, time recording and billing; and will collaborate with other team leaders on the creation and management of annual budgets as they pertain to PS. Ref: 1787
