In this newly created and highly visible commercial role, reporting to the Divisional Head and offering considerable autonomy and scope, you will lead a dynamic sales team to build on its success and drive the business into new market sectors. In addition to defining and implementing the sales and marketing strategy, you will also be instrumental in shaping the sales culture by leading from the front and inspiring, coaching and developing the existing team.
The role demands an exceptional sales and marketing professional with a demonstrable track record of success in B2B sales combined with an entrepreneurial flair. Ideally, with experience in a core technical area such as, Medical Devices, Aerospace, Construction or Defence, you will be highly proficient in selling into a complex technical services environment. Almost certainly a graduate, preferably within a scientific, engineering or business discipline, you must be hands-on with a real ability both to build relationships with new customers and to develop existing accounts.
