The role of the eProcurement Systems Manager will be to lead on major e-procurement systems development and implementation. The organisation currently operates on an Oracle platform but they expect to add spend analysis, e-sourcing, e-contract management and performance management from a new system currently being procured.

The successful candidate will therefore have knowledge of a wide range of e-procurement systems but specifically Oracle where competences in the following areas should be demonstrated.

*Experience in leading an Oracle Procurement implementation on release 11.5.10 including iProcurement and Core Purchasing Modules within the last 2 years. *Strong functional knowledge of iProcurement and Core Purchasing *Experience of catalogue loading and maintenance. *Experience of multi-organisation set-up including multiple operating units and sets of books. *Understands Procurement operations and can apply functional Oracle knowledge. *Experience in requirements gathering and business process mapping.
