Position : Engineering Director (Design and Evaluation, Production Management, Lean Manufacturing, Quality )
Salary: £65-£70k per annum, plus bonus (20% at target), car (lease cost £500 per month or cash allowance of £7,600 per annum), private health
Location: North of England , Yorkshire, (relocation will be considered)

My client is a recognized leader throughout the world in providing industrial blowers, vacuum pumps, air compressors - including variable rotary screw compressors - and fluid transfer technologies to a variety of industries throughout the world.

The ideal candidate: ( Key member in Senior management team )

• You must be qualified to a minimum BSc Engineering – have at least 10 years experience in designing and developing engineering systems and project management with a keen eye to lean manufacturing .

• You must be able to display proven leadership experience of design teams and be a strong manager in order to maintain a competent workforce through recruitment, training, goalsetting and performance management in this competitive industry.
