Our client, one of Europe`s leading providers of rail infrastructure services who specialize in Projects, Track Renewals and Rail Services are looking to recruit a engineering manager. The engineering manager will be based in Birmingham and be employed on a permanent basis.

The engineering manager will be responsible for managing and supporting the operational and engineering aspects of allocated track renewals by performing effectively, and to both the contract and engineering standards. The engineering manager will be responsible for managing the business, as opposed to the projects. The engineering manager will report to a company director, and interface at all levels of the organization

The ideal engineering manager will have a proven track record in track renewals, and is likely to have an experience at a senior engineering level. The engineering manager will also need to have a good understanding of the construction/railway industry to engineering standards, as well as being able to possess good management skills, alongside excellent communication skills.
