A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a results driven Estates Manager to provide safe and efficient day to day operational management of Building, Engineering and Facilities Services within a leading NHS Trust.

Main Duties and responsibilities; *Responsibility for the effective performance and statutory compliance of all building services, plant, equipment, structures and fabric to meet the Trust`s strategic

goals. *To provide estates managerial input in capital projects *Procure and manage out-sourced services within agreed financial limits

The ideal candidate will possess a degree or equivalent qualification in a facilities or estates related field. They will also have extensive working experience within these fields and in a multi site environment. Previous NHS experience is strongly desired.
